Any donations towards themes sent to me (see link to the right, the paypal donations link) will go to the SPCA. The SPCA is a great organization dedicated to helping animals in need. they operate all over the world and have done a lot of good for animals.

The reason I am not going to be selfish with the money like other themers (not calling anyone out just simply stating a fact, people can do whatever they want with their money but I’m going to put it to good use) is because I have more compassion for animals than I do anything/anyone else. And I want to help them as much as I can.

Every donation counts, even if it’s a few bucks. If for some reason you feel that you shouldn’t donate directly to me, please donate directly to the SPCA. You can donate here: SPCA International | donate.

There are a couple of things I would like to address here.

1) “Where is the _____ theme that I downloaded? It’s not in the Themes list!” : This applies to those that have downloaded 83xx themes. All of my 83xx themes run on OS 4.5 ONLY. I have that little fact plastered all over my theme’s respective sites, especially over at the Mobihand/Crackberry stores. Every person that has emailed me about this problem (with the exception of one) has has this issue simply because they do not have OS 4.5 on their BB’s. Please check your version before downloading (you can check the Application Version by hitting ALT + Right Shift (aA key) + H on your keyboard).

2) RE: Neu. for Bold 9000 : some people are finding that their SMS icon is missing, this can be solved one of three ways. First and foremost, make sure you have your SMS and EMAIL SEPARATED (go to messages > options > general options and make sure the “SMS and Email Inboxes” option is on “Separate”). If that’s not the problem, un-hide all of your icons – if you still can’t find it, do a battery pull and/or switch themes (go to another theme and then revert to the Neu theme). I don’t know where you people are getting that the SMS just is not there, because the SMS icon is hard coded into the default theme, which is the template that allows for all these different themes to be used. YOUR SMS ICON IS NOT MISSING FOREVER. that is all.

ok, this one is by popular demand. I worked with lilhaloshaka@crackberry on this theme (original thread here). lil did the theme’s initial design, as well as the meters and banners, and I put it all together and worked with the icons. very well made, if I do say so myself.

Zelda 8-Bit theme featured on Crackberry

wow, just noticed this a short while ago. on Crackberry.com’s BlackBerry App Roundup for April 24th, my Zelda 8-bit theme got a mention. I thought that was pretty sweet. I had toyed around with the idea of making the theme for other models, but with all the stuff I have going on it went on the backburner. I didn’t know people actually wanted this so, I’ve decided to start on it soon. soon as in within a couple weeks, lots to get done before then. keep checking back and it will rear its 8-bit head one of these days.
